The Bhagavad Gita is more than a holy scripture. The divine knowledge has the potential to enlighten the soul by destroying ignorance that has enveloped the soul since endless lifetimes. It is the means to teach us how to solve life’s problems by inculcating the deep philosophy as an integral part of daily living.

In acknowledgement of the importance of this holy scripture, JKYog and Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas (Allen) host the Bhagavad Gita Jayanti every year to bring together Vedic scholars, academics, devotees, and novice spiritual aspirants under one roof. This year too, there is a lot to look forward to as we celebrate the Bhagavad Gita Jayanti.
