Learn to practice yoga with confidence! In this workshop, you will learn various yoga poses from scratch. The step-by-step systematic method will teach you to breathe as you sequentially flow the asanas (postures). Modifications will be suggested for tight muscles or other health issues. You will also learn how to master each asana accurately. If you are already practicing yoga, this workshop will help you to enhance your practice and bring you to an authentic classical routine which is closest to the origin of yoga and which aligns with balance as per Ayurveda.
