Terms and Conditions

I am over the age of 18 and I hereby certify the following consent as parent and/or guardian:

  • My children/wards are physically fit and have received medical clearance to participate in Sanskriti.
  • In consideration of my children's application to participate in Sanskriti being accepted, I, on behalf of myself, my children, heirs and assigns, and my estate, hereby waive and forever discharge Bal-Mukund/Sanskriti/JKYog, its parent's organization, sponsors, organizers, affiliates, as well as all their agents and employees from any and all claims that may accrue as a result of my and my children's participation.
  • Organizers reserve the right to deny the registration if there are any scheduling conflicts. In case denied participants will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded completely.
  • Organizers reserve the right to cancel a planned contest; decisions will be made based on the number of registrations. In case an event is canceled, registrants will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded completely.
  • Apart from the above 2 terms, the registration fee for contests is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The final schedule for all the contests will be notified by the third week of Jan 2026.
  • All ONSTAGE participants should check-in for their onstage contests at least 1 hour prior to the start time of their contest.
  • All OFFSTAGE participants should check in for their offstage contests 30 mins prior to the start time of their contest.
  • We reserve the right to refuse if there is a late check-in for the onstage & offstage contests.
  • We reserve the right to change the timing of the contests.
  • You grant the Bal-Mukund/Sanskriti/JKYog permission to reproduce, publish, circulate copyright or otherwise use any and all photographs and/or videotape of me and/or my family, taken at Sanskriti, for its use in social media, marketing materials, etc.
  • For all group contests, the winning group(s) will get one trophy per group and medals for each participant in the group.
  • Age-appropriate groups may vary based on the actual number of registrations. Groups (age-appropriate) will be finalized after Jan 10th 2026 for on-stage and off-stage contests.
  • Winners are dependent on the number of entries in each contest category.
  • The organization reserves the right to disqualify an entry if it does not comply with the organization's mission and principles.
  • The Judge's and/or Organizers decision is final and is irrevocable in all contests conducted during Sanskriti.

By registering, you are agreeing to the terms mentioned above and agree to the rules of the contest as mentioned on the website.
