• I agree to indemnify and defend Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog), its teachers, assistants, third party providers, volunteers, officers, and distributors and employees against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my participation in the activities and use of the property of Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog).
• I agree to pay for all damages to the property or facilities of Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) caused by my negligent, reckless or willful actions.
• I, my heirs, or legal representatives, do hereby waive and release and agree not to Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog), its teachers, assistants, third party providers, volunteers, officers, and distributors and employees of any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, death, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in any activity.
• I certify that I am physically well and suffering from no medical problems, conditions, impairments, diseases, or any other illness that would prevent my participation or increase my risk of injury and/or illness as a result of partaking in this event and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in any exercise, yoga, meditation or activity associated with Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog).
• I agree that Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of any of my belongings while I attend the program.
• I agree to allow Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) to use my name and likeness in a photo or on videotape, if any, for promotional purposes or media releases.
• I give my consent to be added to the Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) email list. I also hereby override NDNC registration and permit Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) and its authorized representatives to contact me using my phone number and Email ID.
• I agree and understand that this is a free event and I voluntarily agree to attend the event and activities and waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, and any other liability, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event or attendance at the activities during the event. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) and Radha Krishna Temple (RKT) of Dallas entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from the participation in the program.
