Liability Disclaimer

● I acknowledge that participation in Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog (JKYog) and Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas (RKT) retreats, camps, yoga, meditation, pranayama, travel, lodging, meals, and related activities involves inherent physical, mental, and emotional risks.

● I voluntarily assume all such risks and confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate.

● I waive, release, and hold harmless JKYog, RKT, their officers, directors, volunteers, instructors, affiliates, and third-party providers from any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities, including those arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

● I understand that all programs, services, and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and that retreat registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

● I agree that I am solely responsible for my personal property, and JKYog and RKT are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

● I agree to follow all retreat rules, instructions, and codes of conduct. JKYog and RKT reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny participation or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with retreat guidelines or values, without refund.

● I grant permission for photographs, audio, and video recordings taken during the event to be used by JKYog and/or RKT for educational, promotional, and publicity purposes.

● If registering a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on the minor’s behalf.

● By clicking “Register” or “Submit,” I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and the rules of participation listed on the website.

● I agree that for child participants, electives once selected cannot be changed.

● This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

● I agree to indemnify and hold harmless JKYog and RKT from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.
